Terms & Conditions

This Platform User Agreement and the Privacy Policy lays out the terms, conditions, and rules (as amended from time to time) (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) by Scholar Bridge Academy (“Company”, “SBA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These terms apply to the access and use of the Scholar Bridge Academy website (www.scholarbridgeacademy.com) and mobile application (together referred to as the “Platform”) by you, the visitor/ user (“User”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Platform. SBA may update these terms from time to time, and notice will be provided via the Platform. Users may also request this Agreement in any language under Schedule 8 of the Indian Constitution by writing to support@scholarbridgeacademy.com. The Platform is intended for Indian residents, and usage outside India is at the User’s own risk.

2. Use of Platform

Users agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from SBA. Limited content may be downloaded only for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

SBA strives for accuracy but does not guarantee the correctness or availability of information. Users access all material at their own risk, and SBA is not liable for any losses, damages, or interruptions.

4. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Platform may include links to third-party sites. SBA is not responsible for their content, policies, or accuracy. By registering, Users consent to receive communications (calls, SMS, emails) regarding SBA services and updates.

5. User Obligations

Users agree not to post or share unlawful, harmful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content. Malicious software, impersonation, or activities harming the Platform or other Users are strictly prohibited. SBA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Contact & Grievance Redressal

Users may contact SBA for queries or complaints via the Contact Us feature. SBA will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours, aim to resolve them within 15 days, and address prohibited content removal requests within 72 hours.

7. Breach

SBA may limit, suspend, or terminate access if a User breaches this Agreement.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Platform content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to SBA or are licensed to SBA. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

SBA shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SBA, its employees, officers, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse or breach of this Agreement.

11. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

12. Force Majeure

SBA shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
