1. Cancellation

You can cancel your order or enrollment within 24 hours of making the purchase. To cancel, please email us at info@scholarbridgeacademy.com or contact us on WhatsApp +91 99166 34178. Cancellations made after 24 hours of purchase will not be eligible.

2. Returns / Refund Eligibility

All SBA learning products come with a 7-day trial period starting from the first session. If you are not satisfied within this period, you can request a full refund—no questions asked. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the start of your first session. Items must remain unused and in their original condition/packaging if any physical product is involved.

Packages that appear open, damaged, or tampered with upon delivery will not be accepted.

Please provide your registered mobile number and any proof of purchase. Requests through other communication channels may not be accepted.

4. Refund Details

Refunds are eligible only within the 7-day trial period. Requests after 7 days will not be entertained. For courses purchased via EMI or third-party finance, any applicable charges or penalties are the responsibility of the user. Refunds are typically processed within 60 business days. If the course or product is used beyond 7 days, it will not qualify for a refund.

5. Shipping Costs (if applicable)

You are responsible for any shipping charges to return the product unless it was damaged upon delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
